Hello and welcome to my page, I am a Ceramic Artist
Georgia is a ceramic artist based in Burnaby, she likes making functional pottery and exploring new techniques. She studied animation but fell in love with pottery after earning her degree. After graduating from Emily Carr University of Art + Design, Georgia became a teacher at an art studio where she learned wheelthrowing and handbuilding. Since then she has pursued it independently. Georgia also loves painting traditionally and digitally, and enjoys incorporating those skills into her ceramic work. Georgia loves sharing her passion and knowledge, believing that in art there is no failure, only learning. She loves helping students create work they are proud of.

Artist Statement
"I want to make objects that are useful and beautiful. My goal is to make something that the user will feel joy when they hold it, use it or look at it. I once read that viewing a piece of artwork that you love is the same feeling as falling in love, that is the reaction I'd like people to have about my work."
