Online Ceramics Programs are Here!

How can you do ceramics at home?
Using specific hand building techniques that require minimal tools and easy set up, we’ve redesigned our program for an satisfying at home, online-experience.

What supplies do I need?
You will need clay, which is included in your class fee and will be provided by us, and tools made from everyday household objects (a list is provided in each course description).

If you’d like to work on your own pottery project or just want more clay, you may also independently purchase it  here.  A basic pottery toolkit is available for purchase here.

Will my pottery be fired?

Yes, we will arrange for your finished items to be fired in our kilns.

How will pick up of supplies and pottery for firing be managed?

Prior to your class start date, we will arrange for curbside pick up of your clay and supplies, by appointment.  A similar arrangement will be made for drop-off & pick up of pottery for firing.

Will you be offering wheel throwing or other types of ceramic classes in the summer?

As the rules on re-opening safely are developed, we are prioritizing the development  small and safe in-person courses for art practices that  cannot be held online, including wheel throwing and other ceramic activity.  Please check back here frequently for updates.
