March 16 - COVID-19 Update at PoMoArts

In light of the recent health advisories around COVID-19, and in particular, the BC Minster of Health’s statement this morning advising against gatherings of over 50 people, PoMoArts is cancelling all our Spring Break camps, classes and all other programs for the next two weeks.

We want to stress that there have been no cases of COVID-19 linked to PoMoArts. This measure is being taken for the safety of our community and out of an abundance of caution.

We will be closed to the public effective immediately (March 16th) until March 27th.

Parents, please note, we will remain open today (March 16th) as long as required for you to pick up children enrolled in this morning’s camp programs. Preventative measures already in place continue to be implement in the meantime.

We don’t take this action lightly, we recognize this may cause scheduling challenges for some parents but feel this action is in the best interest of our entire community and are deeply grateful for your support.

During the next two weeks, we will re-evaluate the situation and as guided by BC Center for Disease Control and Fraser Health, will update you accordingly. Additional communication will also follow in the next few days regarding full or partial refunds for customers as per our policy. Make up classes or lessons may be scheduled but are not guaranteed due to the current circumstances.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging and unprecedented time for our community. Please continue to monitor our website and social media for additional updates.
